What is our work about? We do not want to blindly follow the official explanation, according to which “home staging is a real estate marketing technique.” We prefer to explain home staging through a comparison between our physical image and that of our home. We use it regularly to describe this service – and how we work.
It is quite obvious that when we are to attend an important event, we try to dress for the occasion, we dress up more thoroughly, we go to the hairdresser, we do our nails, we focus on our makeup a little bit more… In short, we want to undoubtedly present our best physical self – and above all, feel sure about it.
If we were to adapt this concept to the real estate world, we would say that “homes should be shown to potential clients in their best clothes.”
People go out, attend different events or celebrations, and maintain a rich social activity – all throughout their lives. But the properties do not have many occasions to “show off.” A sale or rental is a very important opportunity – sometimes a unique one. So it’s time to bring out their best version and make others fall in love with them by the power of their appearance.
And that is our job! We transform places through decoration, making them more attractive. We stir the emotions of the future owners by turning mere flats into real homes, thus fulfilling the final objective of accelerating the sale of the properties.
