In addition to this we will also provide a list of furniture and decoration as well as all direct links to online shops offering such products. For an effective property market listing we sometimes might recommend acquiring additional furniture or decoration needed to maximise the looks of your home . Once all recommendations have been implemented, we can also provide a professional photographic report.
Home Styling:
Real estate styling service designed for the sale or rent of both empty and/or furnished homes. Space depersonalization, decongestion and updating by relocating and staging the existing furniture to make rooms more attractive for potential buyers, plus a careful professional photographic report.
Home Staging of an empty house:
Definition and optimization of empty spaces through furnishing. We select furniture, lighting, textiles, decoration and all accessories to create unforgettable real estate products. If the client wishes, we can also make a professional photographic report.
Full Home Staging:
Ideal service for homes that need a previous reform and a subsequent furnishing that makes them stand out from their similar competitors. SUCCUHOME provides the client with professional staff in order to undertake the refurnishing, and also offers the possibility of renting or buying the furniture and props displayed in the house.
After a visit to the house, we identify all required interventions, select furniture, textiles and props for the spaces, and elaborate the budget for all services selected. We would also specify the estimated duration of the project. Once finished, we would make a professional photographic report of the house.

Additionally if the purpose is to rent the house, or if the buyer does not have time to do it himself, we would supply everything necessary to move in: kitchenware, crockery, household linen, … etc.

We offer interior decoration service. If you have bought a home and want to move in immediately, or need to rent it as soon as possible, or want to give your home a new and more current look, at SUCCUHOME we carry out decoration projects adapted to each budget. We would also take care of the purchase of furniture and accessories, transport and assembly. We can also decorate commercial and office spaces.
