And how will I do it?
· We will take the opportunity to get to know each other and see the points to improve the house.
· I will do a study of the houses in the area.
· I will write a report with the actions to be taken including a budget in case minor repairs or painting are necessary.
· I will transport and assemble the decorative material of my property that will be removed when selling before delivering the house. I will do the staging and the photographic report.
If you need it, I will help you with the management of the sale, such as managing visits and paperwork.
