Kahiko was born in 2022 and has not stopped growing to this day.
We have two main services, home staging and decoration service.
For us, home staging is clearly a set-up of the home for sale, rental or vacation rental.
How we work?
After the first contact, we make an appointment to visit the property, we calculate the budget and we send it to the client in a maximum of 24 hours.
Once the client has accepted the budget, we dedicate ourselves to:
– Depersonalize, empty and clean the property if necessary.
– Furnish with cardboard furniture combined with real furniture, according to the rate chosen by the client, we have several options to adapt to the needs of each one.
– We also take charge of managing small painting arrangements, lampwork, carpentry…
– And we carry out a photographic report that highlights all the strong points of the house.
