I am a property stylist. As a home stager, I am interested in applying simple marketing techniques in order to ensure that your house is sold or let in the shortest possible time and at the best price Home Staging is not redecorating; it is a question of redefining the style of your home so that it pleases people with all manner of tastes.
Services
The services I offer range from an Initial Consultation, to an Analysis and detailed Report in which I explain and present the steps required to gain the greatest possible return for your house, Basic Styling, using what you have and at a low cost, right through to Complete Styling in which we would call on every professional necessary to create and leave you with a house with a completely different look, I also offer a high-impact Photo Reports and the sort of staging that will accentuate qualities and disguise any weak points, so that out of all the houses on offer, yours is chosen.
I always aim to identify the ideal option with regards to client needs and possibilities.
In order to do so I apply all of my training and experience to every building I work on. I concentrate on the combination of lighting techniques and the redistribution of space with the use of basic property marketing techniques, but above all, on communication with the client and a passion for my work.
