Espai Desitjat Home Staging is the brainchild of Mireia Coll and forms part of a 60-year family business specialising in development and construction; where we support our clients through their property adventure. To do so, we offer our home stager and estate agent services which are registered in Girona.
Our goal is to identify solutions for our clients and for them to achieve their goals easily and swiftly. Always with one eye on either side of the transaction; one on a dynamic and profitable outcome, and the other on creating a “desirable space”. This is where the company name comes from, Espai Desitjat.
Our aim is to inspire our clients, with the use of stimuli and incentives which provoke and encourage feelings and sensations which we often ignore when looking for a property. We don’t simply want them to imagine how they will live, but instead to feel what it will be like.
