I remember having lived in more than 14 different homes, moving, putting together furniture, decorating, what better way to learn indirectly.
When I was 21, my friend and I rented a basement. It was the cheapest apartment in town, it just needed some finishing touches and let’s live, I was there again, doing what I am passionate about. I guess because I loved that play over the years I repeated it over and over again.
And then he arrived, my life partner. Then came the time to share a home, to build, organize, decorate… and that’s when DquoruM began to be forged.
He’s not one to get carried away, neither am I… this vase here… no, not here, more to the right… sure?… I don’t like the color, it doesn’t match the decoration… well, I think it’s better on the left… well, nothing. , we return it…
So with everything, paintings, vases, rugs, everything had to pass through a very fine filter. Often this created discomfort for us, one would get stubborn and the other would not agree. There was no QuoruM… DquoruM continued to grow without us realizing it.
Finally we came to the conclusion that the only way for everything to flow without tension was for every object that entered the home to pass the filter of both, we decided to call that filter DquoruM.
From there, successful stays were born and that is why we decided to undertake something that today fills us with enthusiasm and joy.
