The name of my company is Borrón y Casa Nueva, the reasons for which will soon become apparent.
It is essentially a matter of adapting and refreshing homes that are for sale or to let and are not achieving their goal. Very often this is due to the unappealing way owners present them and that is where I come in, my role is to make them stand out without breaking the bank or having to renovate, thus creating a neutral and welcoming space that will attract the highest number of prospective buyers, by clearing, cleaning, painting, etc… and providing appropriate photo reports. You might be surprised by just how spectacular the change can be.
