I transform the past to bet on the future
I am Isabel Berrocal, from Malaga who decided to reinvent myself some time ago to live from what makes me happy and I know how to do very well, preparing homes for sale or rent.
After preparing an apartment that I bought for tourist rental, I discovered that it was the one that received the most visits in the area and that made me think… What if I prepare homes for others?
And so this adventure began, helping family and friends to sell or rent their homes.
Until one day, when I heard about Home Staging, my stomach clenched when I discovered that what I did had a name.
Since then, I have not stopped training, to offer the best and be at the forefront of my sector.
The first house that I prepared was sold on the first visit and at a higher price than its owner had planned, not even in my wildest dreams did I expect such a good start.
I created Berrocalis with the conviction of adding a lot of value to homes that need it and although it is still a very new technique, it is here to stay and is increasingly in demand. I am excited and amused by my work. If you know me, I hope that my work with you is not one more, and neither am I.
