THE MAGIC OF HOME STAGING
I am passionate about the real estate sector, the world of sales and decoration, so I decided to merge the professions of Real Estate Agent and Home Stager and the result has been excellent. Apart from enjoying working on what I like, I can make a living from it and be independent, something I longed for, because I want to be the owner of my time, although being autonomous I dedicate more hours.
When I get a home to manage its sale, I always use Home Staging, I offer clients the home stager fees within the management fees, in return I request to work EXCLUSIVELY.
Methodology: First I visit the house, make an assessment and create the design. Once the contract is signed, I do the editing and final preparations for the staging for the day of the photo shoot. The photographs were contracted to a professional photographer. When I sell the property I collect the material.
Values: I believe that currently in the society in which we live, more humanity, trust, professionalism, transparency and empathy are needed. And when I decided to work on this, I promised myself that I would do everything possible to bring those values to my work so that my clients would have a personalized and close treatment, because I think that is what is needed.
